Texas deer know what a feeder, blind, road and a fence are. They hardly worry about any of them.
We put out a brand new feeder that we picked up at the feed store, it had never had corn in it .We stood it up west of the blind, there was an existing feeder east of the blind. We had not put corn or a battery in the new feeder but would the next weekend. Deer showed up at the new feeder that evening with their heads down looking for corn. We have even trained our deer to know what a feeder looks like.

That's interesting, never really thought about that.
