It would be helpful to know what geographical location the picture was taken. There can a be big difference in body weights of deer in Colorado vs. say...Ontario.

But that buck looks to be an honest 300lbs. perhaps a bit North of that.

Northern deer like that old boy is probably 300 for sure and maybe north of 350.

My grandson killed one a couple of years ago about that size. We liked to have never got his big azz in the truck. The scale that we had at camp only went to 250 and he bottomed it out even after field dressed.
