Cool picture, they are good climbers. And they are slow moving guys.
I have released them from cage traps, they just waddle away.
I came face to face (within a foot) with one in a cave once. He just raised his quills and turned his back to me. I moved on, he stayed put.

Man that's neat. I've never seen one in the wild. Would be cool to see (I want to be a lot more than a foot away though)

Wait till they find your tractor and chew all of the wiring and upholstery of it then move over to you ranch truck.
They won’t be nearly as neat. I might let a coyote walk but never a porpupine.
They are a lot faster than they look.... like when they want to get away quickly they can.
I guess I have just never seen one get in hurry. I have released a few from cage traps, they just waddled away like they had all the time in the word.

All it takes is seeing one dog that didn't want to give up on killing one to make me want to shoot everyone I see.
