Looks like an ant that mimics a spider.

Watch for a pustule(white head or pimple) at the bite site...though it's actually a sting...like fire ants...they hold onto the skin with mandibles(jaws) and then the stinger at the tail end of the abdomen injects the venom...can also cause pain at the bite and hold site without invenomization.
