The pigs pretty much own the feeder I put up on the new place, rifle but this guy did get my attention.

But a week later, with the velvet off, a little disappointing. I guess I'm used to the mass of the west Texas lease I just got off of. I tried to steel myself against this, I knew it was coming. But I'm told he's still a dang nice buck. grin Does that divot in front of his left hip mean he's ancient, or just caught it in mid-stride? All in all, I continue to be a very blessed man. Plus, it's raining down here! up

That's encouraging. Kimble county has some good bucks. You're gonna' love your new place. You happen to be near "Teacup"? Lots of south Texas type brush around.there. Good protein.
