Those are vibrosise rigs. They lower a big plate to lift the truck then run a program to a series of vibration routines while recording the echos on another truck. Looking for dinosaurs.

The boys were using Jug Line's each as 3 recievers and they place them about 5ft from the unit. They've laid out a ton of jug lines brought in several trailers full. They've got them set about 100 yards apart going nth and south.

The only jug lines I set are for catfish.

Here they are pads down and rocking, I was about 100 yards away and could feel it in the truck.

They did that out here in Wise county and much of Parker, seemed like it took months with crews running the roads on atv's putting out wires on the ground, then those big trucks came in. I remember the engineers wanting to mark all the water wells as to avoid cave in's. Those trucks are bigger in person than they appear.
