Was driving around checking the hog traps last weekend and saw a turkey about 120+ yards away. Stopped the vehicle and ended up sneaking through the woods til I got about 35 yards. It was in some high grass, and all I could see was the head. About 2 minutes later he finally stepped into small clearing, so I could verify he was good to go. Boom. Turkey down! Got an awesome Turkey Cordon Blue recipe I'm gonna try out for one of the breasts. If it is a home run, will do the other the same way. Will try the legs with a different recipe. Anyone have any turkey leg suggestions?

Turkey legs pretty much taste like shoe leather. You could cut meat off, and feed to your dogs.

I have tried lots of ways to cook turkey to find a method that makes the legs edible, and so far, no real luck. Best suggestion if not going the dog food route is to keep the legs handy to use as a hammer.
And by the way, nice gobbler!

Only good turkey leg I ever had was wrapped in bacon and smoked. It was still tough, but tasted good.

You can make turkey leg taste really good. You just have to parboil in salted water for awhile, depending on the age of the turkey, up to an hour or so. Pull them out when they are almost fork tender, and then smoke them just like a domestic turkey leg. Like Tim recommended, wrapped in bacon while it's smoking is really good.
Great pic BTW!

Great bird, congrats!
If you like simple like me, slice 1 of the breasts into thin nugget pieces, egg wash, cover in your favorite batter, fry up turkey nuggets and fries. Dessert = fried oreos: egg wash, funnel cake batter, fryer, enjoy! These are great recipes for those of you on a diet!
^^^ Might try that on the next go round.
Here's my plans for the first breast:
