Nice neighborhood. Pheasant, quail, mulies. Great place to live. That buck in the last pic is probably the same as in the first 2-3. That goes to show, they always look bigger walking away. Great pictures, Mark. Thanks for sharing.

It was active around here today, too. These two and a smaller buck were harassing some does this morning by the house. Just a cell phone picture, but you get the idea.

Pretty rare to see whitetails where I live. I live in Hockley county and have seen one whitetail buck and one whitetail doe since I moved here in 1980 (both of these I saw in the last few years). TP&W obviously see's things differently than I do since we got a whitetail season a few years ago. I believe there is pressure to keep whitetails out of the area to keep them from breeding the mulie does, but that is just my opinion. I do see quite a few whitetail on the eastern side of Lubbock county where the caprock comes closer to town.
