words of wisdom for older folks

My best friend is in the hospital with terminal lung cancer. Went by to see him today and his time is limited.

When I got home I ran across this - it made me realize that always having to be right or prove my point is totally irrelevant - instead I should do what I heard a man say years ago - "be wrong so others can be right" -

I will do my best going forward to love my Lord, my family, and my friends. Politics, winning a forum debate, etc means nothing - it is all about what this sign says

Thats how I live now and im not old but I run from drama.

Reminds me of the song "Right About Now", by Curtis Grimes. I need to remember this at times.
