That's a squirrel on the near side fence. And you need to either clean the lens on that camera or get a new one.

AGREED! My second opinion, would be a hunter in a Ghillie Suit...I have been known to use them and they sorta look like that on a fuzzy picture... bolt

I thought it was someone in a Ghille suit as soon as I saw it....look, and you'll see the different colors of burlap or whatever they used for material...
