I'm gonna tell ya'll, I chopped that whole brisket and put what we didn't eat in a big bowl in the fridge last night. We reheated it and made sandwiches for supper tonight. My whole family agreed that it was the best bbq they ever had. Add that to the the list of leftovers that are better the next day.
