My Kricket Ranch...Banded Crickets

I'm retired and I love to catch perch of any type...So I have decided to raise my own bait...Banded Krickets...Very small wings, great for pet trade also...I will be testing some in my favorite bluegill spot soon...

Very nice...how fast can they reproduce? How long does a cricket live?

if all the moons align, about 90 days life...Female and produce from 100 to 300 eggs in that time...My females are ready to start laying now...I will start adding laying beds in the morning...(dirt),,,it takes them about 15days to hatch..

Hey huntfishshoot, make yourself a tiny little HFS branding iron and you can sell those "HFS Branded Banded Crickets" online. You're also going to need a tiny little lasso for the round up.

I can weld...not sure if I could do that..lol...little ropes..no problem...

I guess cricket ranching is less expensive than chicken ranching....
