Namibia Hunt!

Went over to Namibia in November and had a wonderful time. Beautiful country with very nice people. Felt very safe the whole time and will be goin back. Got a Kudu at 300 yards in the mountains, a gembok with my bow, an impala, a wildebeest (which i hit high in the lung with 300 ultra mag and ended up having to trail for ELEVEN MILES before putting it down), and a couple of warthogs. Also shot some sand grouse. Well, my wife did. Im two hunts she outshot me 33-14. The guides enjoyed watching that haha

Congrats. Namibia is really nice. I enjoyed it when I hunted with Okosongoro back in the 90's

We went with Africa Thirstland Safaris. Very nice people and very accommodating. The lodge and food was 5 star. The PH’s wife cooks you 3 meals a day. The guides and trackers were very good as well. I used to be one of the “I have no interest in Africa types” but my FIL convinced us to go and I loved every minute of it. (Except the plane ride). If you can swing it, I would try to make it happen. You wont regret it. Im already planning my next trip
