Looks old old to me on the downhill side.
Yep shoot that guy, he's at least 4.5

Location!
I say this about every 100th post I see about deer age.
Location when aging deer is a must. 2.5 year difference in looks from a 4.5 year old deer in the hill country to a 4.5 year old deer NorthWest of Abilene where I used to hunt.
With that said this deer is mature and for sure a good one to cull.
That buck is 5.5yo+ no doubt, but even if I’m wrong and he is 5.25yo (lol), he’s still a great buck to cull out

Thanks for all the responses. We are in Comanche County and we will be heading out there Friday so really hope he steps out this weekend.

Yep, that buck needs to be taken out of the gene pool. At least 5 IMO.
Old put him in the freezer

Last pic where he's sway backed makes me think it is very possible that he could be over 6.5. If his teeth are worn he hasn't been eating all that well and wouldn't have a massive body this year. JMO.

Depends on how old he was when Noah let him off the ark.
