Maverick County Low Fence Giant

I shot my biggest deer to date by far this week in Maverick County. He grossed right at 195 and weighed 282 pounds. He was killed on a low fence ranch that is intensely managed that I was able to kill one right at 170 last year. I am beside myself and wanted to share. He was a monster I have never seen this much fat on a deer, was estimated to be 10 or 11 years old.

You near Eagle Pass?.....I hear there are some huge LF bucks near there.

Pretty typical of that area though , I have hunted a many of acres in my youth in that area and their some absolute giant bucks that if given the chance will be over 180".
