not only have I been selling off my hunting toys, have been liquidating my collectable guns, have sold all the Savage 1899 engraved models, SA Colts, this is the last.
SKB 20 & 28ga barrels. only 200 sets were made, never been shot. kind of like selling one of your kids

Sure sell it if you can get price your happy with and buyer is happy and done deal! As far as it being like selling one of the kids...I wouldn't know, I have disowned humans so gun is a gun.

If you need the cash, do it. Do not sell cheap because you need the money..find out the Blue Book value and settle for 80%.

Never understood the purpose of a gun to just sit for looks... sell it and make sure you get what you want for it if you have the time to sit on it.

not a money issue, at my age, its thinking about the stuff my wife will have to attend to, lost my best friend a few weeks ago, very suddenly, now his family is dealing with his collection of guns, now being put on gunbroker, will be over 200 sold, pm me if you want to check the auction out.
