Burleson, in my backyard last week ! NO HUNTING !

Better than what I've seen on our actual hunting property so far.

Neighborhoods where you can't hunt have distinct age class advantage over real, actual hunting properties.

I've seen some really nice bucks running around down here around Burleson.

Bet that's nice being able to see that around your house. I'd have no problem kicking back on the porch, having a cup of joe and watching. Be a great way to start the day.

What part of burleson do you live in? I moved to Burleson a couple years ago and have never seen any deer. My daughter said she had a spike run out in front of her on 1187 the other day and I basically accused her of being on drugs. LOL We live back behind spinks airport. The most I've seen are skunks, turkeys and the occocsional fox.

Where are you located in Burleson? My son's friend shot a legit 170" gross buck off of John Jones a couple of years ago a mile from Premier movie theatre and I've seen some good bucks over by fire station #3 over the years too!

boliver there are a few nice deer over behind Spinks...they either die by car or old age though!

That's my dream is to live somewhere that I can sit on the back porch and watch the wildlife. All I see in my backyard are squirrels. I'm evidently not in the right part of burleson

I have a cousin that lives down south on 174, and they've seen a few deer out there. I looked long and hard out near briaroaks for a place but had to settle on the place we are at now. Market was too crazy to be picky.

If I could find the right place where I could watch deer in my backyard, I'd put my house on the market tomorrow

I have some great bucks in my neighborhood, and it's slightly demoralizing seeing them on the way out to the ranch knowing you won't see one as big as what is right there at home. Sure is fun to see them cruising through the back yard though.
