LOL I hope my neighbors are a little more inclined to let them walk too but probably not. I had 4 nice bucks last year and two were shot by neighbors and two lived.....the 10 and the 12. Both are bigger than last year. One more year and I think they might be ready to harvest. I would rather give them two more years though.

Those are all fully mature. They could start going downhill or the rut could kill them, therefore if it were me....

I killed a buck long years ago that that was a spitting image of the 10 with the matching kickers. I'd have a hard time letting him walk.

You sir have a lot of will power to let any of those walk, most likely would not. Very nice bucks.

Nice ones! Most of my East Texas bucks top out at 4.5-5.5 yrs. At 6.5, I've seen a decline but I don't feed any protein either. It's great to watch them grow. I only wish my neighbors would pass on the ones I'm trying to give another year. Most of the time they get shot but I'm at least giving them a chance to grow a little bigger.

If you are not 'shed hunting'....you should be.
Nice bucks...all of them. Couple of them need another year or so, they haven't yet reached their 'likely' full potential. The others will not survive if they go onto neighboring property.
East Texas can grow some pretty good bucks, but hunting pressure is intense most places and many folks are something less than 'selective'.
Good luck this season,
Flint.
