I had two deers processed at Cinnamon Creek/ old Syracuse. Jalapeno & Cheese Summer Sausage & Hot Links, Bratwurst, breakfast sausage, chilli meat and Boudin.
Everything was great except the Bratwurst was just okay, Boudin is not your traditional Boudin, it was like a cross between Boudin and Hot Links but they were very good anyways. Unfortunately I was lazy and did not quarter my deer as usual and take my backstraps or tenderloins before dropping off. I am guessing I got about half of my straps back
Bottom line, they do a great job on most things and they vacuum pack your meat
