My favorite place to fish, sine its only 45 minutes away! We destroy the trout during the summer time when the surf gets flat with big high pressure over gulf. It clears up so much i can see my toes in chest deep water.
We will leave the redfish with scales on filet, cut out and gray/blood stripe going down filet. Put it scales down on grill and top it off with seasoning, picante and little shreaded cheese. Cook short time until meat is flaky. It is so good!
