I always enjoy seeing the pics everyone posts on here just got a place a month ago it's a work in progress though I'd share a few of my early pics I'm in South Texas Willacy County

Nice pictures, never even heard of Willacy Co.

Chevy, further south of you bud in the "Valley" area. Think Hidalgo / Pharr area of the state.

Looks like young bucks so far but I bet you will have some mature bucks show up

Is the water in the pic a creek/river or tank?

It's North of Rio Hondo close to the Arroyo Colorado that water in a man made pond that was there needs a little work I seen 2 Nilgai Cows out there we only have one feeder up will have some more going up this week see what else shows up.

I was going to ask if you had any Nilgai. Great hunting in that county! You should have a great season.

I believe Raymondville is county seat. We drove through there to go fishing at Port Mansfield. That was long drive back to Dallas on a Sunday after beer, sunburn and fishing until noon...Nice critters.

I do know the area well. We hunt one of our ranches off 1420. Let me know if you have any questions on the area or need anything.
