Harvested this nice doe this morning. Got out the stand about 45 minutes before LST and could see this lady and one more smaller doe eating some grass 200 yards out. With a Horizon Firearms Custom 6.5 Creedmoor, this lady dropped in here place, clean and humane kill. First deer with this rifle from Horizon Firearms

The Creedmoor does things a lot like its century + old ballistic sibling the 6.5X55 Sweed, just with a modern flare

All killed with 6.5 CM. I was concerned it was not enough gun, after seeing what the 140 Amax did, not concerned now!

I also used a 6.5 creed this year and have zero doubt it will put a whippin on deer and hogs. Haven't had a chance to stretch it's legs on game yet but shot steel out to 1200 yards with ease.
