Son's First Deer

Just got back from a weekend at DeerHound's place in Cotulla. Had a great time as always and will post a detailed report in the Outfitter's section later. Tom put my 8 year-old son Fen on this neat little 8-pointer that he dropped with a perfectly placed 120 grain Hornady SST from his Savage 7-08. Made it less than 20 yards before folding up. Couldn't be prouder grin
