My dad finally let me shoot a deer at our place in Uvalde.

I minded for years of sitting in blinds and only shooting does while looking at studs all day long. I started to threaten him with being the one who picks his nursing home someday and he came around.

Haha awesome buck. My dad figured that out long before he told us. Me and my brother started making cracks about the golden years and how mom would live with one of us and we would put him in a home in a big city. That is when our world was shattered and he informed us that all of those years of being able to hunt big deer was to assure him self of a nice ranch to retire on. Only two requests, he wants A big deer stand with a bed,heater,toilet,and a tv and then D7 dozer to push dirt around in the off season. We thought he put us on big deer out of love.
