New buck with some character

Here is a new Ft Hood buck that showed up on my cam recently. He has a split G2 on one side and I think he is a mainframe 10 with crab claws. I don't know how old he is but if he shows his face I'm slinging an arrow at him.

Didn't see crap tonight but the same old doe that comes in almost every time I'm out there stomped and blew for 5-10 min to let all of the deer in the forest know it wasn't safe. No matter which way the wind blows she comes in from down wind.

Sounds like she is a good one for Jerky and burger.

Move your stand a little ways and shoot her the first chance you get. She has pegged you and will look for you the rest of the season. I would set up about 50 yards downwind of your current set up. Should put her right in your lap

Run her off immediately when she starts, don't let her go on for that long. That way she will run off and not come back.

The area I hunt is buck only on Ft Hood. I was thinking about parking my truck close to the trails she comes in on so she will stop when she sees my truck. Sucks bc Bucks usually come from the west which is perfect for my setup but she always come from the east then circles downwind of me. I wish I could take her out but that's not possible.

bag is just a cheapo feeder I got at academy but the spinner has doors that open while spinning to let corn out but the cows have a hard time stealing corn like they do on regular spinners. Built the feeder out of 4x4 I had laying around but the ground is pretty much solid rock so couldn't anchor it with rebar like I planned so I tied it off to some cedar trees and hogs haven't knocked it over since.

Didn't want to put a nice feeder out and have it stolen either
