Colorado getaway

Got to spend some time in Colorado last week at Estes Park with the wife, youngest daughter and her college roomie. Thought I'd share some Rocky Mountain National Park with ya'll. These were cell phone pics so some came out better than others.

Great looking family and beautiful scenery in the mountains. Im thinking about taking a trip either to Colorado or New Mexico when I get back from Korea next year.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. Yes it was a Rocky Mountain high up at 12,800 ft. Wish I could of got a better pic of that Elk sunning. He was way up high on the tundra and his velvet was all coming off of his antlers but that's as close as the cell phone would zoom. Seeing the big horn sheep was really cool. The elk were way up at 11,000 to 12,000 ft. Didn't run into Jack at the Stanley.

Was the animated clock in the old clock tower still working?
