14 point with a drop tine Euro - 03/25/13 05:36 PM

Picked it up in Freer this weekend, I shot it opening weekend in Duval County. He had it all except spread; Drop tine, good mass, split brows, 14 scoreable points, bladed tines, good tine length, split G2, acorn point, remnants of velvet, he had everything except spread which is only 10 4/8" inside, still taped a shade over 127" and has character in spades, pretty cool Euro and I am proud of him as my first drop tine buck after all these years of hunting whitetails.

Hard to pass up one with that character, no matter the spread. Nice buck.

He's as old as he's gunna get. Not to worried about age on this one as it was a new ranch and not what was desired to breed. He was mature and cool so he got dead

Thanks for the kind words fellas.
