We are in Erath county. This is kind of the same story every year though.. they are everywhere in March and then April rolls around and they disappear.

Same here, Jaymz. This year might be different though. We seem to have a couple of LARGE flocks cruising around. That's just what they do at our place. After mating season they're usually gone. But where do they go? I think down toward the Paluxy.

The definitely go silent after mating... it's crazy.

I really do think this year with the March opening, we have a chance... but we better take it quick... come April 6th or so, those Gobblers will be happy and hung up, nowhere to be found...

Maybe not... let's hope.
