Ol' Cut Ear Is Down

This big boy had been eluding me too many times. I finally got him tonight. I used an XLR250 light for the first time tonight. It initially spooked him off, but he came back 10 minutes later and I was able to take him down.

That's what I was trying to do, but the light wasn't anywhere near him and he bolted. I left the light on the area for about 10 minutes before he came back. I was planning to use the residual light instead of the brightest part of the beam. I think he was just smart but went against his instinct.

I've pretty much given up finding these. They were hard to find pre-Sandy. I'm just glad I stock piled these awhile back. They are not as effective on pigs as I thought they would be.
