He has been waiting on a 130s or so buck I seen on the 6th when he wasnt with me.He has been very good this year about wanting a mature buck and has actually pasted on a buck very close to the size of this one.Could of been the same one.Any way we moved to a different spot away from the feeder,no blind,just sat by a bush next to a deer trail.Saw him on the other side of the fence about 7:30 bout 150 yrds out by 8:15 he had jumped the fence and made it to the boys kill zone.As he walked down the trail towards us I asked if he was ready when he nodded yes I grunted.88 yrd neck shot DRT.Its not his first deer but when he got his hands on it he cried,thats not like him,I asked what was wrong and he said his grandad was with us on this hunt.Grandad died in Feb.this year.Must of gotten dust in my eyes at that point because they were watering.Long winded but you asked for it.Thanks for the comments guys and get them kiddos outside you wont regret it.Not a 130s but will be remembered.
