Watched him from a stand 150 yards away as he worked this feeder over.

Drive Tposts into the ground and wire or clamp to the feeder legs. Even hogs can't knock that over.

No AR's and hes a mature deer, probably time to go. I had rebar as stakes little bit of rain and they didnt hold. Put it back up with the T-posts after a little welding to fix the legs.

Invest in a better feeder.. Metal barrel so you can bolt leg holders to it. And stake it down with t-post... If he knocks that down.. then knock him down!

Well your problem is you have mickey mouse feeder. Buy you a nicer feeder, metal, solid one piece legs, metal barrel. Then, get either rebar or tposts and wire the legs to it.

Yea, buy a $500 feeder then secure it with T-posts, because securing the other feeder with T-posts won't work.

Picked up an old timer feeder from Texas wildlife supply this year.. you can fill it from the ground and the won't /can't knock it over

That deer just bedded down and waiting on the golden shower .

I was just out scouting, my son had a chance at him a couple weeks ago but decided to pass and let mom have a shot, we are going to have time this weekend to hopefully get both of them a deer. And yeah I do need to replace this plastic piece of, with a better feeder. This was a clearance so I got it at a ridiculous price.

I will admit the timers that came with them sucked. Replaced them with Texas Hunters when they crapped out. These were initially bought for hard to reach places because they are easy to pack in but they work fine for easy stuff too. Just have to fill them pretty often, about every two weeks on my places. I'm there every week pulling camera cards anyway so it isn't a big deal.

I shot quite a few last year, but there are literally no pigs there this year. I had one pic in June or July of a pig and not a single one since then.

Ain't nothing wrong with the feeder. Just secure it in the ground. We have several of them out and don't have a problem

I have several of these academy specials no problems with them,, just needs to be staked, I was just showing the forum this guy that kept knocking it over,pretty smart deer, he is still roaming. Staked the feeder back down after replacing legs with single piece pipe. No problems.
