Whatever it is WOW....

Re: Nice buck (high rack) - 11/09/11 10:47 PM

The only reason I would question if it was photoshopped is because I would think the guy in the picture would need a better grip on that main beam to hold that sucker up.

Re: Nice buck (high rack) - 11/10/11 12:00 AM

Nope it is real and the buck scored in the mid 160's as a 7 point with 40" of mass. G2's were both over 16". I know the uncle of the guy who killed this buck.

Uvalde may be worm place to hunt, but I still would not pick this kind of camo shirt.
Or was this the property owner posing??
Now, the notion that deer spent a night in the cooler and than arrived all stiff at the photo shoot is downright stupid!

I was hoping somebody had some insight. This pic hit archerytalk back in october and I hadn't heard anything else about it.

Re: Nice buck (high rack) - 11/10/11 03:18 PM

I love the curve off the tip of the main beam. That is awesome. I think it's legit. Now weather or not it is LF or HF, I don't really care.

Heck of a deer regardless.

I am going to say low fence. Because if it was high fence that deer would have been killed before he ever got to be that big of a cull, because ITS SO EASY TO KILL HIGH FENCE DEER!!!! bolt

Sarcasm implied...
