Looking good this year in Lockhart.

Not bad for 37 acres in lockhart texas. Filled up the feeders and put out 1 camera 2 weeks ago. Wasn't expecting much this quick. Camera doesn't have a memory card yet and only held 64 pics. I like the one waiting on the feeder.

We have around 400 acres next to us thats been sitting there. No one living or hunting on it, we've been lucky for 6 years but it just sold last year for right at 1 million. Tried to talk my boss into buying it to take customers on hunts but he wasn't going for it. So far so good, thinking about talking to them to see if their interested in leasing it out but its hard to beat $500 a year for me and my buddy. Thinking about buying the property we're on can probably get it for $125,000 with a new trailer on it, its just talking my wife into the trailer for 5-7 years til we could build a house.
