Texas Based Hunting Products - 01/15/21 03:00 PM

Does any one recommend a company that’s based in Texas that sells hunting or outdoor products like calls, attractants anything like that??

I want to keep my money I’m spending in the state to better our local economy.

Thanks in advance y’all! cowboy

I used to like Rudy’s but won’t go there anymore. Since the pandemic started they are the only place other than a medical facility that I have been to that wouldn’t let people in without a mask. Don’t want to turn this into a debate about masks and their business their rules but if I don’t like them I don’t have to spend my money there.

Growing up in Austin, I can remember when Academy (surplus) was just two small 'hole in the wall' Army Surplus stores.

Of course, I ask that at the risk of getting off topic. I guess I can say a friend wanted to know......

A very good store, picked up 600 lbs broadcast feeder for one of my Christmas presents to myself. Will probably go back for a bigger All Seasons protein feeder.

Academy is quickly becoming the "WalMart: of the sporting goods world. If it says Game Winner on it, probably a 100% chance it's Made in China. And it seems they're replacing many things that they carry with their brand, which is Game Winner.
