Saw where a couple of Bucks were fighting. Then found this one dead a couple of hundred yards away. Couple of puncture wounds in the belly.

Gotta wonder how many die that way. Found a similar sized buck a couple days ago while walking down our road.

i seen a red hartebeest in Africa kill another one the same way, it was upsetting to the PHs wife who happened to be along, so the perpetrator is now on the game room wall. I asked the taxidermist to leave the blood on the horns for historical perspective.
