23 million dollar pig hunt

I think this will go down as the most expensive feral hog hunt in history. Yoenis Cespedes injured himself trapping pigs on his ranch and it cost him $23.5 Million. That’s the amount the Mets were able to reduce his 2019 salary when they filed a grievance that he’d committed a reckless act that partially voided his contract.

It sucks for him losing the income but it's good to hear he spent his money on a ranch and he hunts on it.

A lot of pro athletes take out insurance policies on their bodies or even just parts of their bodies for stuff like this. I wonder if he had one?

If he did, my guess is the policy would have a similar disqualification clause as his contract....
