What a prick. Giving Texicans & hunters both a bad name.

I grew up in the Evergreen/Conifer area. Some great deer and elk in that area but it is almost all private property with almost no legal hunting available unless you own land there. Hate to see something like this. No excuse fot it.

Not surprised. Too many folks here in East Texas would just consider his actions 'innovative'.

The other article addressing his Cattle Thefts happened about 15 miles down the road from me.

From the article:

Quote
This case required a lot of research, several means of identifying ownership including a DNA test

^^^^ Presumably the DNA testing refers to the cattle....since most of the human DNA around here is all the same. rolleyes

He apparently has enough money to make bond and pay fines. Maybe some real jail time is in order. He keeps escalating his thrill theft and kills. Losers like this always live on the edge until someone gets hurt.

Too bad cattle theft isn't a hanging offense anymore.

I don't get it. If some random weirdo tried to drag a poached elk across my yard he would have got SSS.

Cattle thief, poacher, what do guys like this do for a living. Wouldn’t think Cattle rustling and poaching would pay the bills. This guy is obviously a career criminal.
