Flea markets, Craiglist, Ebay all have them. They are high to buy right now due to the demand for uses in furniture and decorations. Not sure how much they are bringing now but fresh shed antlers were bring $8/lb a couple of years ago.

This place is in Fredericksburg, Texas. It's owned by Del Benedict. He does impressive work. He may have some discards or something you might be able to use.

If you have a dog, they love to chew on fresh (same year) sheds, good for their teeth and gums, my pup loves them up

It's not exactly local, but there's a shop in Gunnison, CO called Trader's Rendezvous. They've got every imaginable shed you could want there. Not sure how shipping would work though.
