General Guts, people could be starving and dying, the Louisiana game wardens would be in line checking their license and bag limits! Money is no object for these people, government or not.

Government shuts down, but essential personnel, like law enforcement, still show up for work.

I would question if they aren't essential why are we paying for them when the government is running?

My wife and daughter were recently in an automobile accident they were hit from behind by a man he hit her moderately hard this was enough to force her into the car or pick up truck in front of her. My wife called me and told me what had happened I was approximately three minutes away I heard a man speaking plain English to her trying to tell her that it was her fault she had hit him from behind in his pick up truck he did ask her if she was OK but he was talking like he was kind of upset and was upsetting my wife. I ask her if she was OK I ask if Layla was OK she said she thought so I told her I'd be there in about 2 to 3 minutes I actually got there before the police or the ambulance. I spoke with the man and woman in the pick up truck in front of my wife they were walking around talking to people and then the man jumped up in the back of the tk. To move some stuff around they spoke perfect English and I told him that I didn't appreciate him talking to my wife like he had and that we would let the authorities figure out who's fault this accident was and that he should probably get back in his truck and wait for the police to get there . I was amazed that when the ambulance and the police got to the seen that this Man and his wife no longer spoke English at all. Both the man and woman were put in ambulance and taken to ER. The truck was not damaged it had a hitch with ball in place that was not bent. The back bumper of my wife's car was bent and trunk would not open. No bags deployed I took my wife to er she was a little shaken daughter was ok we had to Waite 30 min to bee seen. When we got brought back to the examination room we saw that the man and woman that were in front of my wife in the pick up truck were already getting x-rays and scans they had brought in an interpreter they were consuming a lot of resources in the emergency room but when I got to the accident scene both of them were walking around and talking like nothing was wrong with them. I thought this was ridiculous a big waste of resources and that you get better care if you don't speak English in this English-speaking country of ours than if you do what do y'all think?

I think you should learn what a period (".") is. Then, once you know what they are, start using them judiciously.

Further, I think you should have started your own post instead of replying to a post about "Game Wardens". I see nothing in your post that relates to the subject of this post.

Other than that, if what you are saying is true, you need to start canvasing any stores that would have video, or CCTV, footage of the accident and requesting copies of those tapes immediately. Those tapes will bear out what you are saying and can be used in court. Do this NOW before the recordings are over-written. Good luck. Glad your wife and daughter are okay.
