Medina Texas. What kind of animals are there?

Got on a lease in Medina just out of town. near the river. What kind of animals are there. I'm interested in turkeys for sure during the spring.

just curious why you would not know before you got the lease, unless its free

Lots of whitetail, axis, pig and turkey along with a fair number of blackbuck and a few fallow. All low fence

I just got on it. My boss had to pick up another member. The last time I waited on something. Somebody else picked it up. Learned my lesson. I know there's all kinds of animals in the area. just wasnt going to pass it up/.

The OP is asking about the town of Medina, which is in Bandera County...not Medina County

true: but when you are asking about "just outside of town, near the river", what's in the next county probably won't help much.
