Hey Big Fitz, you should go on the non-hunting trading post and buy your elk from the bull you shot last year

we'll have plenty to talk about in Durango. I fly up there September 23rd. Hunting 33,35, and 39. don't know much yet, I think Mule Deer are thinner than they use to be, but still some quality ones. I think pretty high opportunity for 260-300 bulls.

kick some butt Taylor!

Good luck to you too Rob. You going after deer or elk or both? I think I'm gonna have to have a tag for each in my pocket.

will have a deer tag, but mainly hunting Elk. they don't get many deer, but possible to run into a nice one and tag is easy anyway.

I did find out no expandables and no lighted nocks, so I have to rerig all my arrows. smile

I used to hunt in 45 and 39. All I can say is get in shape and get good walking boots. You'll probably be doing a lot of glassing and stalking. It awesome up there though.
