One thing I'm seeing from a lot of CO hunters from the deal is they do not want proper management getting in the way of the draw. For the life of me I can't see how reducing 'unit wide' tags to 10% and increasing 'private land only' tags 10% makes any since when the animals with age to them just aren't there yet when the seasons are running.
