Have any of you dealt with the subject company? I ordered a tripod stand canopy from them on October 25 with a '7-10 day' delivery time. I still don't have it and have gotten no response from their support staff to either email or phone calls. Just wondering if this is what to expect from this company. Anyone else with this experience?

Thanks, Turkey Hunter. I checked my account, they processed my payment on Oct 27. Unfortunately, they haven't processed my order! Not hearing from their 'Support Staff'(I use that term loosely) concerns me. I have no way of confirming or tracking a shipment from their end.

Where are they located?

Copperhead, they are located at: 'Hunting Fishing Direct' 105 C Edgewood Plaza, Nicholasville, KY 40356 Their "Support Staff" is at: 877-532-0788. I only get a recorded message at that number after numberous attempts. I keep expecting to hear, "Hello, this is Peggy".... Anyway, they have a nice website at www.HuntingFishingDirect.com and a lot of product on their site. Maybe their shipping department is on strike. I have a confirmation form sent to my email address. I've was giving them the benefit of the doubt (lost in shipment, even 'currently out of stock', etc) until I get no response to calls and email.

Contact the Chamber of Commerce for that area and see if they are legit.

They have a license to operate but no store front at the address given on their website and are, apparently, mail order only.
