Holy CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!! View game cam pic's on DSi!

Y'all may already know this but I was just jacking w/my daughters DSi. Thought I broke it & then realized it was a slot for a SD card. WOW!!!! I can take the DS card out of the GC & throw it in the DSi!!!!!!! Now I don't have to lug around my laptop thru the woods to view pic's!!!!!!!!!!!! Back to my beverage now, thanks.

even cooler if you have an iPad (probably an iPhone too), for like 20 bucks on Apples website you can buy a small sd card reader. you insert the card and then plug it into the bottom of the iPad and view all the pics on the card!!

Playing now with my wife's iPad b-day present....it hasn't dawned on here why we had to have the sd card reader...

can you save the images to the DS? To take back home and download on the computer later? Or is it just good for viewing? Also the Iphone/Ipad? Any way to save the pics to the devices to take home with you?

You can take most small digital cameras that use a SD card and look at the photos on them.

No need for the game unless you need it to keep yourself occupied in the stand

The DS screen is alot bigger than my digital camera screen. YMMV

The ipad you can.. don't know on the others

I have an extra SD card that I take into the field and exchange cards. If I want to view in the field I use my digital camera. If I need to zoom in then I can and move the pic around to see what I want if not then I view them at home on computer. Store the pics I want to keep and clean pics off the card for the next time. I do not like looking thru several thousand pics at time.

I use my garmin gps, it has a SD card slot to view game cam pics in the stand.
