Can Not Start Thread in Classified's/Help Member since 2012

Been a member sine 2012. I post very little and believe this could be the issue as to why I do not have access to create a thread in the classified's. I'm wanting to make a thread looking for ammo I am currently wanting to buy. If any can aide me or allow who I need to get in contact with, I'd greatly appreciated. Thanks!
