I'm fairly new here, but I'm having a problem.

I can't post in the classifieds section because I'm not given the option to start a new topic or reply.

Is there something I'm missing or a requirement I am unaware of?

New rules went in effect about 2 months ago. You have to have 100 posts to be able to post in classifieds.
