Your words are way too kind. Just a share cropper trying to do what is right.

Please stop by and say hello next time.

Where abouts is your building located Sir?

And what is the business if you don’t mind sharing.

I prefer to support small businesses and especially good folks and share croppers.

We are located in downtown New Braunfels, TX, we provide business & personal insurance services primarily to residents in San Antonio and its surrounding counties. Farm & ranch is pretty much the sole exception here as we insure a lot of rural properties all over the place. Rural homesteads on smaller acreage tracts to large ranches. We insure places from Sweetwater to Laredo and from west of Rock Springs to Halletsville. We prefer cater to properties utilized primarily by families and most often avoid commercial trophy hunting operations offering short term hunting activities. I get to visit lots of small towns and I really appreciate it.

Old fashioned, we just do what we say we are going to do. Funny how it catches so many off guard. We are fortunate and life is good - Ist das leben schon!

you and STX are two peas in a pod. You two sure go the opposite in regards to retirement.

STX was born in an earlier decade. It is so fortunate to earn money off what you like to do. Our difference is that when I take vacation, I don't go and do insurance somewhere else. The same cannot be said about the Doss Flash.

Nothing real fancy with the coffee here, but it certainly doesn't make you take out a note when you get a venti.

Yea, I thought you were getting a little long in the tooth and would be cutting back, not growing.
Does the new building have indoor plumbing?
