Who you got.

I don’t have much playoff faith in Rain Dakota Prescott.

Bucs by 4.

Re: Cowboys v Buccaneers - 01/17/23 12:24 AM

The usual. Cowboys always choke in the first round. History says they will come out entitled and uninspired and get run over by a team that is actually motivated by the playoffs.

What’s the over/under on how many interceptions Dak will throw?

Re: Cowboys v Buccaneers - 01/17/23 12:27 AM

I give Dakota 2 turnovers. 1 INT. 1 fumble.

Ok, than please tell me this

How many times have you saw a very long catch get called back for a questionable pass interference?

How many time have you saw a long play come back on a holding call?

Just so you know, they hold every play...

I feel like I am breaking this news to you
Posted By: Walkabout

Re: Cowboys v Buccaneers - 01/17/23 01:47 AM

Wow, that is a very lucid and logical argument. Thanks for enlightening me. I had never heard that before. There is holding on every play? Did you come up with that all by yourself?

Gus ol buddy you keep digressing. Now you are talking about hurt butts. Let’s try to stay focused. We are discussing “a corrupt pro sport league, the NFL”. We are waiting for you to defend this position. I’m struggling to to see where name calling is helping your argument. If you are a young teen then I apologize and do not wish to take advantage of you.

Given that’s the case…it happens on both sides.

What difference does it make?

Naw I’m just goofing with you. It’s a boring game. Sorry guys, we’re done now. Gus you thoroughly trounced me. What a beat down. Now I’m probably depressed. Might take me two or three days to recover. Enjoy the rest of the game. Think I will go find a good book. OUT

Brady is the GOAT and always will be. 10 SB appearances and 7 SB wins. Dak is not a tenth of the QB that Brady is. He never will be.

Right. But at least it looks like Dak is finally gonna get a win against him

Re: Cowboys v Buccaneers - 01/17/23 03:56 AM

Brady has played in 48 playoff games. 10 Super Bowls. 7 rings.

This TB team just isn’t very good this year. Bad defense.

Dak has to win a win a non wildcard game.

Yep...the Dak slurpers can brag when Dak has a quarter of those numbers.

They have run 8 pass plays inside 5. No points.

The Cowboys played well tonight. A lot better than their opponent.

What is hilarious….the “sudden expertism” here….

Everyone knows wildcard games are true measures of success.

Tom Brady gave up his family for this team. 😂

I think the outcomes are determined by who the refs have money on. No other way to explain some of the calls. It's like professional wrestling.

Re: Cowboys v Buccaneers - 01/17/23 12:13 PM

Cowboy Fan only so I am not really up with the actual talent level of the rest of the league other than watching highlights.

My take:
Dak finally had a very good game, not sure if that is because of the talent level he was playing against or he finally pulled his head out of his.....
Our Defense played very good not great, again not sure if it is the opponent on the other side of the ball or?

Tom Brady who is the GOAT had a terrible game, it appeared to be a combination of not being on the same page with his receivers, a lot of bad pass's and lack of a rushing game which I think they gave up on to early for our Cowboys are to often soft at run D.

Tom Brady for appearances sake should have retired after last year, hopefully last nights game was his last.
Obviously when you love doing something so much especially at that level where the highs have to be way up there, it has to be hard to walk away from especially for great players.

Going to enjoy our win this week, hope I am wrong but my gut tells me this will be our Cowboys last playoff game for 2023.

As much as I would like to say otherwise, Dak is due a poor performance against the 49'ers after playing so great last night.

A big whopping 2. Hell, with that stat he would be a 1st round ballot for the HOF.

Re: Cowboys v Buccaneers - 01/17/23 07:42 PM

Brock Purdy could catch him Sunday.
Posted By: bobcat1

Re: Cowboys v Buccaneers - 01/18/23 12:02 AM

My take was:

Offense played up to their potential finally. Mostly getting the ball to someone quick. Snapping it quick giving Dak less time to think and their Defense to get ready.

Defense: Got Leighton Vander Esch back.... not that he was all that but he did free up some others to rush a 45 year old mostly stationary QB. Run was not an option for the Bucs.

Is the Kicker gone yet? I said this guy is shavin' points. LOL
