Early prediction. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ewers does not finish the game. I’m sure Aranda has lot of plans for him.

Not to be rude. But have Texas students gotten drastically uglier? Every time they show the stands it’s filled with 3s 4s.

Baylor needed that. Texas probably could have just run it all the way down the field.

This idiot on TV talking about smash mouth, physical defense that has been played in the Big 12 the past several years must be huffing glue or something. What a joke.

Re: College Football Friday. - 11/25/22 08:03 PM

Key to a Texas win. Apparently is to remove Ewers from the game plan.
Posted By: Jgraider

Re: College Football Friday. - 11/25/22 08:06 PM

Ewers has gotten progressively worse it seems. He also couldn't outrun Rosie O'Donnell in a 40 yd dash. The OC is apparently too dense to realize you give the ball to #2 or #5 40 times per game.

Lol, thats lazy......

The rest of the story....... he graduated early from high school. He should of been a senior in high school when he was at Ohio, he wasn't an early enrollee either.....so he got to Ohio in the fall 6 months latter he was a Texas.

He also missed half of his junior year with an injury.

I guarantee the NIL boosters didnt pay this kid millions to develop into a QB. They were expecting results. If it wasnt for Bijan it would of been a 6-6 season.

That's pretty hard to argue with IMO. One thing I've noticed about Ohio State is that when they play teams with equal or greater talent they usually don't fare too well. Only when they have people outmanned like they do every other Big 10 team, they look unbeatable.

Scores hold, A&M beating LSU in 3rd and USC beating Notre Dame, USC will slide right into #4, TCU will go to 3, GA stays #1, and MI goes to #2. OSU will likely drop to #5 or #6.

If LSU loses. Top 4 is pretty set. 5-6-7 is debatable.

1. Georgia

3. TCU.
4. USC.

Georgia gets pick and will go peach bowl in Atlanta vs USC.
Michigan TCU will be in Glendale AZ.

Re: College Football Friday. - 11/27/22 12:38 PM

With college football I usually just watch the 10-13 minute highlights on You Tube of the teams I am interested in.

Yesterday it was raining and my knee was talking to me so I became a couch potato and enjoyed the heck out of it.
Watched Michigan come to life in the second half and Beetch slap Ohio, then TCU destroy Iowa St. very happy with both wins!

Since I do not watch the full games to get a feel of how the battle was fought in the trenches, it makes it hard to form a good opinion of how good or bad the teams really are.
TCU barely squeaks by Baylor but crush's Iowa St, explain that? Was Michigan that good or did Ohio just fall apart in the second half?

All year I had been dreading the game against OSU. After Corum went down last week I really didn’t think we had a chance. Not sure what happened, I think a combination of bad defensive scheme by Ohio and Michigan’s defense playing an outstanding game. Ohio didn’t make adjustments and change defense at halftime and kept playing to stop the run. Once they did change to stop giving up the long pass plays, Michigan started running the ball much better. Michigan has been a second half team all year and certainly were yesterday.

Re: College Football Friday. - 11/27/22 03:51 PM

Michigan has been a second half team. I watched a lot of them this year.

I don’t think top 4 change. GA. MI. TCU. USC.

I think the playoff is open for anyone to win. All teams have looked vulnerable and all have looked good at times.

Right now I give Michigan the edge. They play solid on offensive line and defensive line.
Georgia this year isn’t as strong as Georgia last year.
TCU and USC defense don’t seem strong enough.
