COLA adjustment for 2023

I thought it was set at 8.7% in the middle of October. Yesterday I read a Yahoo article that stated it could go to double digits for the second largest ever. I checked the date on the article thinking it was old but it was dated 10/22.

I'm seeing 8.7. They were predicting 10% earlier but Joe's economy got slightly better the last 2 months.

Medicare part B premium is reduced by $5.20. Woohoo.

8.7 is what I heard as well. Still trying to figure out how 8.7 is gonna cover 15-20.

I'm still waiting to see what us retired Feds are going to get.

My guess is about half of what we should get.

8.7% was the last prediction I received.

Started receiving my SSI in Feb. of 21 and already will have gotten 14.6% increase. Perfect timing.
