COLA adjustment for 2023

COLA adjustment for 2023 - 10/25/22 11:07 AM

I thought it was set at 8.7% in the middle of October. Yesterday I read a Yahoo article that stated it could go to double digits for the second largest ever. I checked the date on the article thinking it was old but it was dated 10/22.

I'm seeing 8.7. They were predicting 10% earlier but Joe's economy got slightly better the last 2 months.

8.7 is what I heard as well. Still trying to figure out how 8.7 is gonna cover 15-20.

Better than what DPD/DFR retirees get, they get ZERO COLA. Got to love that

I think Yahoo reprinted an article from from several months ago and dated it 10/22. Can't trust anything on the internet.

It’s ok. As long as Boomers can vote, they’ll never run out of money.
